Aufgaben

  • Primary Contact: After an initial training period, you will become the primary point of contact for customers regarding process engineering questions related to the operation and maintenance of green hydrogen electrolyzer systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide customers with effective and cost-optimized process solutions for our electrolyzer technologies.
  • Service Concept Development: Develop and introduce service concepts and complex service offerings to the market.
  • Partnership Building: Foster and expand partnerships with customers and suppliers to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
  • Offer Preparation & Negotiations: Prepare service proposals and lead contract negotiations, acting as the head of the proposal and negotiation team.
  • Technical Support & Training: Collaborate with our global subsidiaries to provide process engineering support and train both our employees and customers on technical aspects.
  • Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to customers both domestically and internationally to ensure strong customer relationships and support.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as R&D, Business Development & Sales, Product Management, and others to align service offerings with company objectives and customer needs.

Profil

  • Educational Background: Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have experience in operating an electrolyzer plant, chemical plant, power plant, or similar facility, including project management responsibilities.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with process engineering documents, flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), heat and mass balances, and process control strategies.
  • Initiative & Responsibility: You are proactive in your work and act with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex topics in a simple and understandable manner, with effective communication across various organizational levels.
  • Team Player: A strong team player who can effectively collaborate with others while keeping customer satisfaction and business outcomes in focus.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Intercultural Competence: Ability to work effectively with project team members from diverse cultural backgrounds, driving towards common goals.
