Aufgaben

  • In your role as a IT portfolio manager, you are responsible for the framework to provide high quality IT services to the business.
  • You monitor and control IT processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • You generate and analyze reports on IT performance, risks, and compliance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • You conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • You manage incoming demands from the business and lead the implementation process.
  • Complex implementations shall be executed as a project, including adherence to time, budget and quality.
  • You also monitor and ensure the quality of external service providers.
  • You are responsible to follow-up the completion of mandatory user trainings.

Profil

  • You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, engineering, or natural sciences or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of professional experience in managing projects, programs, and project portfolios using both agile and classical project management methods and hold a project management certification (e.g., PMI, Prince2).
  • You have business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You have already demonstrated a high degree of structure, goal and solution orientation, flexibility, and communication skills.
  • An independent, reliable, team- and service-oriented way of working rounds off your profile.
  • You enjoy occasional travel domestically and internationally and communicate confidently in German and English.
