Senior Electrical Engineer SOEC (green hydrogen) (all genders welcome)

Your responsibilities

Design and construction of electrical power distribution, control circuits installations on modules for the production of green hydrogen using SOEC high-temperature electrolysis.
You will create electrical plans and diagrams using database-based planning tools or technical drawing software.
Responsible for the electrical installation, safety of modules and systems for high-temperature electrolysis.
Create electrical panel layouts, cabling and I/o drawings and streamlining manufacturing process complying to industry standards.
Close cooperation with internal as well as external partners and institutions.
Contact with suppliers of electrical components and systems, especially in the high temperature range.

Your profile

You have a degree in electrical engineering and several years of professional experience in managing technical projects.
Experience in higher voltage systems and in the application of electrical components in the high temperature range.
Practical experience in conducting research projects, preferably in industry.
Know-how in electrical safety and compliance codes will be advantageous.
Knowledge on E-Plan, WS-CAD or similar software will be a plus.
Ability to analyze complex scientific problems and develop innovative solutions.
Strong ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and to communicate research results.
Fluent in German and/or English Language is advantageous.
