Aufgaben

As a Working Student in ESG, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global ESG strategy and initiatives. You will work closely with the ESG team to gather data, analyze trends, and contribute to reports that drive our sustainability agenda. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience in ESG practices and make a meaningful impact within a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Assist in gathering and analyzing ESG-related data from various internal and external sources.
    • Support the development and maintenance of ESG performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Research and Reporting:
    • Conduct research on ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
    • Contribute to the preparation of ESG reports, presentations, and other communications for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Editorial work on sustainability content (website, social media, reporting)
  • Project Support:
    • Collaborate with the ESG team on various projects, including sustainability initiatives, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities.
    • Assist in organizing ESG-related events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Provide administrative support to the ESG team, including scheduling meetings and workshops, maintaining documentation, and coordinating logistics.

    Profil

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a focus on environmental sciences, business administration/economics, environmental engineering, or social sciences.
    • Previous practical experience in ESG or sustainability initiatives is a plus.
    • Knowledge of reporting regulations, such as CSRD or EU taxonomy, and lifecycle assessments is an advantage.
    • Passion for sustainability and ESG principles.
    • Excellent written and verbal English and German skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and organizational talent
    • Goal-oriented way of working with a high level of reliability and resilience
