Product Management – green hydrogen (gH2) (all genders welcome)

Your responsibilities

We currently have an exciting job opportunity for a Senior Product Manager – green hydrogen (gH2), reporting to the Head of product management green hydrogen (gH2) within thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co. KGaA. You will be responsible for the successful development and commercialization of the Alkaline Water Electrolysis Product inside gH2. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

  • You contribute to the successful development and commercialization of the Alkaline Water Electrolysis Product inside gH2.
  • You understand industry trends, customer needs & growth opportunities and define requirements the product has to fulfill to achieve gH2 revenue and margin targets.
  • You screen and analyze peer’s activities regarding technological aspects and – developments, deriving conclusions and initiatives for product development and -appearance.
  • You observe collect and interprete worldwide regulatory requirements.
  • You continously screen, detect, refine, analyze and report market trends of the green Hydrogen business as well as upcoming technological solutions with regards to all steps of the green Hydrogen production.
  • You determine solutions using customer and market feedback to develop value propositions.
  • You contribute in the definition, development and introduction of product-related internal processes, ensuring the integration into the internal working-procedures.
  • You represent thyssenkrupp nucera at fairs, conferences and other assemblies with regards to product related topics

Your profile

  • You have a university degree in engineering, chemistry or materials science.
  • Ideally, you have expertise in the field of alkaline water electrolysis.
  • You are familiar to product-related customer contracts as well as to required internal processes and procedures
  • Your intercultural awareness supports you leveraging cultural differences.
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • You can demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • You have the ability to lead programs / projects.
  • You have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Your established project management skills are a benefit.
  • You are highly proficient in both German and English.
  • You are willing to go on business trips around the globe regularly.
