(Senior) Sales Manager green hydrogen (all genders welcome)

With its water electrolysis technology to produce green hydrogen, the company offers an innovative solution on an industrial scale for green value chains and an industry fueled by clean energy – a major step towards climate-neutrality.

Your responsibilities

  • Active selling of your innovative and sustainable electrolysis products
  • Heading bid preparation for bids ranging from reservation agreements, engineering services, electrolyzer modules to turnkey chemical plants
  • Evaluating international requests and developing innovative bid strategies
  • Leading the preparation of technical and commercial bids in consultation with the relevant central divisions as well as the ensuing negotiations with the customers
  • Establishing and maintaining personal relationships on division and management levels at customer organizations
  • Working and coordinating within the global thyssenkrupp nucera business development, sales and execution team
  • Participating in trade fairs and conferences including presentations

Your profile

  • University degree (Graduate Engineer / Master’s) in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering (specializing in process engineering) or industrial engineering
  • Several years’ experience in chemical plant engineering or a comparable environment, ideally in project management or sales is a must
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent oral and written command of English, knowledge of a second foreign language would be an asset
  • An outgoing personality, good negotiating skills and a passion for working with people from other cultures in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel on an international basis, even at short notice, due to the international nature of our business
  • A high degree of self-initiative, ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills, active communication, strong leadership qualities and an interest in complex and challenging tasks
